Luther Marsh: One of the largest wetland areas in southern Ontario. This location consists of bogs, fens, marshes and swamps that are home to a wide range of waterfowl and other wildlife - Excellent for photography or nature lovers.
Earl Haig Family Fun Park: Wet or dry fun for everyone! The park contains 600 lazy river rides, as well as a leisure pool, wading pool, water slide, miniature golf course, 1/2 mile go-kart track, batting cages, picnic area, children's playground, concession stand and snack bar.
Belwood Lake: Hampton Barn will seat approximately 100 inside, but there is room for 1,000 or more in the vicinity. The lake is open to boating and water-skiing.
Mohawk Park: A beautiful park consisting of 7 covered picnic shelters, Sprinklemania, award-winning accessible play space, food concession, and 3 set of outdoor washroom facilities. There is also an indoor hall with a 200 person capacity, complete with kitchen, bar, and licensed outdoor patio. 226 parking spaces are available throughout the park
Elora Gorge: This park's large pavilion is complete with kitchen and washroom facilities, and will seat approximately 400 guests, with an additional outside area. Beautiful scenery is abundant, including numerous waterfalls and caves.
Gonestogo Lake: This park can accommodate a number of very large groups simultaneously. The beach is open to swimming and fishing, while hiking is available throughout the park. There are no running water washrooms at this facility.
Guelph Lake: The Island area has a large pavilion which will seat 200+ people, plus an open area for 5,000+. The conservation area contains two beaches, with 100 serviced and 250 unserviced campsites.
Rockwood: Towering limestone cliffs, caves, and large glacial potholes offer astounding scenery. Activities in this park include hiking the trails and canoing.
Laurel Creek: Located in Waterloo, this facility has outdoor areas for 1 - 2 thousand people. An excellent place for swimming, windsurfing and group picnicking.
Shade's Mills: A popular destination for both family and corporate picnics, as well as swimming, Shade's Mills has space for open air events for 500 to 1,000 people.
Pinehurst Lake: Activities at this beautiful 23 acre spring-fed kettle lake include canoing, paddle boats and nature trails.
Brant Conservation Area: These outdoor facilities put you right in the middle of nature. Parking is available at the Civic Center.
Byng Island: Situated at Dunnville, a tributary of the Grand River, Byng Island has a large pavilion for 100 - 150 people and open areas for 1 - 2 thousand people.
Lions Park Complex: The complex consists of an auditorium with stage and kitchen, an arena, three softball diamonds, two soccer/football fields, and a running track.
Long Beach Conservation Area: A beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, well equipped for crowds up to 1000.
Westfield Pioneer Village: Halfway between Cambridge & Hamilton, the village is a gorgeous location for weddings, and is an authentic re-creation of a pioneer village, complete with 19th century church.
Valens: Activities at this beautiful 23 acre spring-fed kettle lake include canoing, paddle boats and nature trails.
